TRICOM is one of the most important telecommunications services companies in the Dominican Republic. My responsibilities were the analysis, design, construction, implementation and maintenance of related software applications: Orders of Service, Interfaces with Central Phone with system installations, Quotes, Phone Directory, fonocobros with an interface with IVR system breakdowns in this case to meet external and internal requirements.

CORRIPIO GROUP (Project Leader: 1995-1997)
Corripio Group is the largest consortium of businesses in the Dominican Republic, with more than 30 companies. I was in the group responsible for the construction and maintenance of all applications used in the department store. The systems were: Inventory, Order Entry, Sales, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
