Limitation of Liability
Through this notice, Excellent Integrity Solutions (EIS) SRL informs the visitors of the pages of the Excellent Integrity Solutions (EIS) SRL portal (hereinafter referred to as the “users”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision established in the Terms of Use and Policies published by EIS at the time the User accesses the Portal. Therefore, it is necessary for the User to carefully read these terms each time they use the Portal, as it may undergo modifications without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and EIS and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior oral or written agreements or contracts between you and EIS. Additionally, you will also be subject to any additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliated services, third-party content, or third-party software. The terms and conditions and the relationship between you and EIS will be governed by Dominican laws, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and EIS expressly agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic, waiving any other jurisdiction that may be applicable due to your present or future addresses. However, EIS’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any court with competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of the terms and conditions is invalid, the parties agree that the court should consider and give effect to the parties’ intent reflected in that provision, while keeping the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions in full force and effect. You agree that, notwithstanding any contrary provision in any law or legal provision, any claim or cause of action arising from the service or related to the use of the service or the terms and conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises, or otherwise will be barred.
